NEW! STUDIO MANAGEMENT BAND
Are you a retired teacher or a non-dancing studio owner? We have created an option just for you! The studio management band will allow you to observe class in all 3 levels and allow you access into Teacher Talk and Creative Connect. This band is $95 and is reserved for just for groups! You may add a maximum of 5 studio management bands.

OBSERVER BANDS
During the weekend, we hope you will be an Observer and sit in on the inspiring classes. We would allow everyone to watch, but we limit observers to provide proper dance space for your participants. We want YOU, the parents and guests, to enjoy the same excitement that your dancers do! Purchase one-day observer bands or a weekend pass to enter in and out of classes. The PULSE Performance (Saturday evening), however, is FREE for all guests!
ONE-DAY OBSERVERS: $20
WEEKEND OBSERVERS: $35
• All observer bands are non-refundable.
• Children six and under observe free of charge. Sorry, no discounts for young observers seven and older
• Observer bands may sell out. Pre-registration is suggested. If observer bands are still available, they will be sold on-site during check-in.
• You must be accompanying a dancer to observe.
• Noise level and activity should be kept to a minimum out of consideration for the faculty and dancers. No cell phones, please.
• No filming or flash photography during classes.
• No note taking, please. Seating is limited.
We suggest that you pre-purchase your observer bands, as space is limited. If observer bands are still available, they will be sold at the door, Saturday morning, cash only. You must be accompanying a dancer to observe. To pre-purchase Observer bands, you may order during your online registration or by logging back into your account anytime after completing your registration.

WRISTBAND POLICY
Registrants receive only one band for the weekend. Wristbands may not be removed for the duration of the convention. Lost or removed bands require full repayment of registration fee. Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. No exceptions.

CREDIT POLICY
On a case-by-case basis, students who have registered and paid for the workshop but withdraw prior to the workshop's start date due to bodily injury authenticated with a official doctor’s note will be credited the cost of the workshop to be used towards a future workshop at The PULSE minus a $25 administrative fee.

DISCLAIMER
PULSE staff reserves the right to remove any person or persons who presents potential harm, danger or disruption to themselves or anyone around them while attending the event. Faculty is subject to change. Student understands and expressly assumes all risks involved in connection with dance instruction, rehearsal and training at The PULSE, including but not limited to risk of bodily injury occurring as a result of contact with other students, instructors, walls, equipment, floors, structural poles and other objects located in or near ballrooms or dance studios, or the student’s physical condition or physical limitations. Student waives all claims arising out of dance instruction, rehearsal, training, and performances at The PULSE, whether caused by the negligence breach of contract, or otherwise, and whether for bodily injury, property, damage or loss or otherwise, which student may ever have against The PULSE On Tour, its successors and assigns, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, and their heirs, executors and administrators.

Switching Cities - Registrants are allowed to transfer tuition from a regional city to another regional city in the same tour. Switching to or from a summer city is not allowed. There is a $10 administrative fee with each city switch. Registrants are also responsible for any differences in tuition resulting from the switch.

Changing Registration Types - Registrants are allowed to switch from a group status to an individual status if approved by group leader. There is a $10 administrative fee with each registration type switch. Registrants are also responsible for any differences in tuition resulting from the switch.

Waiting List - Once you have finished your waitlist registration, an amended confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please note that in the event that space becomes available, your credit card will automatically be charged and you will be registered in this event.

All policies are non-negotiable. Please do not put our staff in the difficult position of making an exception. We value all of our customers and strive to treat each and everyone of you in the same consistent manner. We do not offer preferential treatment to any customer for any reason, because that would not be fair to everyone else.
